The Identity Directory Sync Bridge integrates ADP GlobalView with identity management platforms and directories, including Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Google Workspace, IBM Security Verify, IBM Security Directory Server, JumpCloud, Microsoft 365, One Identity, Oracle IDCS, SAP CIAG, Thales, databases (MySQL, Oracle, …), others. It provides out-of-the-box automated user provisioning or deprovisioning to any business application.

- By default, the following data fields will be read by Aquera:
- • All standard ADP fields such as name, title, email, phone number, employee number, location, department, manager, division, and more.
- • Additional attributes can be synchronized as needed.

Automated IT Onboarding
- As new employees are added to ADP GlobalView, the bridge imports user data into the connected identity management platform or directory. Users are then automatically provisioned to authorized applications based on their role.
Automated IT Offboarding
- If an employee leaves the company, their status is updated in ADP GlobalView, and Aquera immediately executes the removal of the user’s accounts in applications through the connected identity management platform or directory.
Automated Updates
- When employee profiles change, they are automatically updated by the bridge into the identity management platform or directory from ADP GlobalView.

- Aquera maintains this bridge with 24x7 support. The bridge does not store data and exceeds enterprise-level security standards.
Automated Updating
- Maintain accurate employee data with real-time updates. Changes in the worker lifecycle instantly populate your identity management system, preventing delays and ensuring consistency.
